1. Subscription Plans
Auto AI Blog offers a subscription-based service that allows users to generate blog posts using AI. We offer a $5/month subscription plan that grants access to all features of the Service, including unlimited blog post generation after the free trial period.
2. Free Trial
We provide a free trial where users can generate up to 250 words of content per day. The free trial is limited to three (3) posts. After the trial ends, users will be required to subscribe to the $5/month plan to continue using the Service.
3. Subscription Fees
- The subscription fee for the Auto AI Blog Service is $5 per month.
- Subscription fees will be automatically charged to your account every month.
- By subscribing to the Service, you authorize us to charge the subscription fees to your chosen payment method.
4. Billing Cycle
- The billing cycle for the subscription is monthly. Your payment will be processed at the time of subscription and on the same date each subsequent month.
- If you subscribe on a day other than the first of the month, your next billing date will be one month from the date of your initial subscription.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for the subscription:
- Credit and Debit Cards
- PayPal
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your provided payment method.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. After the current cycle ends, your access to the paid features of the Service will be revoked, and you will no longer be billed.

7. Access to Content
- Free Trial Access: During the free trial, users will have access to limited features and can generate up to three (3) posts per day. After the free trial expires, access to the paid features of the Service will be restricted until a subscription is purchased.
- Paid Access: Subscribers will have access to all features of the Service, including the ability to generate unlimited blog posts, upon successful payment.
8. Account Registration and Security
To subscribe to our Service, you must create an account with Auto AI Blog. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Changes to Subscription Fees
We reserve the right to change the subscription fees for our Service. We will notify you of any changes to the fees before they take effect. You will have the option to accept or decline the new pricing before being charged the updated fee.
10. Termination of Subscription
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms or if we are unable to process your payment.
- Upon termination of your subscription, you will lose access to the paid features of the Service. However, your account will remain active with limited access to the free trial features unless you request to deactivate your account.
11. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. You will not use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activity, including but not limited to spamming, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or causing harm to our infrastructure.
12. Modifications to the Service
We may, at our sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will notify you in advance of any significant changes to the Service that may affect your subscription.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service or any issues related to the subscription. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in UK.
